Black or Green Tea: HOW TO MAKE?

To get the real pleasure from tea you should brew it perfectly. It isn`t difficult to make it, you’d better stick to some main rules. First of all, tea is good if the water is good. In the ancient China, water for tea was delivered from the mountainous springs, and in Vietnam green tea was earlier brewed exceptionally from the rain water. Water should be clear and soft for making tea and must pass three stages of boiling. The water of the very second stage (not long-boiling) is needed for making perfect tea. The higher the tea brand is, the better its taste and aroma are. Tea should be made in a porcelain or faience teapot, and no way in the metallic one, except silver. The teapot must be dry and warm. The amount of tea, put into the teapot, is often argued, thereforeyou should prefer your own taste. It also depends on the sort of the tea. So, after putting a certain portion of it, you have to pour boiling water into the teapot and cover it to keep the tea scent. The tea aroma is mostly defined by the either oils, so stir tea afterwards. The time of keeping the teapot closed depends on the kind of tea. Black tea should be made during 4-6 min., aroma tea – no more than 3 min. and some brands of green tea are brewed for 15 minutes.
Make it and enjoy!
